hi! guys today I am writing in new article for you .
This article was how to work on camera lens.
Short:
It is not a measurement of the actual length of a lens, but a calculation of an optical distance from the point where light rays converge to form a sharp image of an object to the digital sensor or 35mm film at the focal plane in thecamera. The focal length of a lens is determined when the lens is focused at infinity.
1:WHAT DO lens do on a camera?
Focal length is expressed in mm and a higher number means a bigger zoom, while a lower number mean the lens can be used for wider shots. As a rough reference, the human eye is said to see about the equivalent of 30-50 mm on a full frame camera(more on that later).
2:How does a lense work?
Convex lenses. ... The distance from the center of the lens to the focal point is the focal length of the lens. The focal point is on the opposite side of the lens to that from which the light rays originate. Convex lenses are used in things like telescopes and binoculars to bring distant light rays to a focus in your eyes
3:How many types of camera lenses are there?
Ever get confused when it comes to the many different types of camera lenses? Let's make it simple!
FOCAL LENGTH | TYPE OF LENS |
8-24mm | Fisheye (Ultra-wide) |
24-35mm | Wide Angle |
35, 50, 85, 135mm | Standard Prime |
55-200mm | Zoom |
